The music player crashes on all of them except a very small few. (Also, my music folder is a mix of MP3s, M4As, WAVs, and OGGs, if anyone's curious. I don't want to have to press the Windows key every time I wanna change the song manually on VLC Player or whatever. This is really annoying because I like using the built-in music player for playing my music in-game, so seeing it at risk of being removed is going to be disappointing. I did find out today that MP3 audio files have an easier time being played through the Steam Music Player, but at least one of them crashed while I tried it. I tried to rescan the albums and checked the music folder itself to make sure the songs were not corrupted or something, but it's was all perfectly fine except for Steam's Music Player. I would press Steam, and it would just "restart" Steam as it were booting up after a new update, with the game ads and everything. I was just trying to casually play some music with Steam's Music Player (as always), but it just kept crashing. ![]()
